Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition as received


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used socks

  • Washed products

  • Items damaged by improper use


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days.


4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace the product at no additional cost.


5. Return Shipping

Customer reasons (change of mind):

  • Customer may need to pay return shipping costs.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the order is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
